To every rental less than 6 months in length a 13.5% VAT will be added on top of the monthly price. The monthly prices include water, internet, linens, and towels.

We are looking for a new tenant into WeHost Bermudankatu 1 for flexible stay ranging from 3 months to 24 months. The apartment is a newly-built furnished 9th floor 1BR apartment with a balcony with city views, located in Jätkäsaari, Helsinki.

Jätkäsaari is both urban and communal neighbourhood only less than two kilometres away from the central Helsinki with both tram and bus connections. From the area, you can find various cafes, restaurants, grocery stores and all kind of sports activities. The neighbourhood is perfect for a longer stay.
