To all leases less than 6 months in length, a 13.5% VAT will be added to the monthly price. The monthly prices include water, internet, linens, and towels. Electricity is charged separately based on consumption.

The apartment also features a private sauna in the bathroom and a glazed balcony with views towards the sea, adding extra comfort. The building has an elevator.
