The monthly rent includes water, electricity, wifi, and hotel grade linens and towels. To all contract less than 6 months in length a 14% VAT will be added on top.

A large private balcony with a view, fast internet, dishwasher, and washing machine guarantee a comfortable accommodation for both longer and shorter term.

Good public transport connections to the city center with tram number 9, which goes from the front of the building to Kamppi in 10 minutes door-to-door. Nearby you will find several restaurants such as Boneless, Restaurant Ginn and Baba's house. Within walking distance of the apartment there are both Alepa and K-market.
