We are looking for tenant(s) for a flexible rental period ranging from a month to multiple years. This fully furnished and equipped spacious 2-bedroom apartment is located in Jätkäsaari, Helsinki. Amenities include a double bed in the master bedroom, a double bed and a dedicated workstation in the second bedroom, a large sofa, smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, dishwasher, and washing machine, ensuring a comfortable stay for both shorter and longer periods. In addition, the apartment features higher ceilings in some rooms, for instance in the living room, creating a bright and airy atmosphere, while the large glazed balcony with open views towards a landscaped area adds extra comfort. The building has an elevator.

Jätkäsaari is both an urban and communal neighborhood near the Helsinki city center. The area is known for its contemporary architecture and waterfront promenades and offers an excellent combination of urban living, sea views, and convenient transport connections. From the area, you can find everyday services, cafés, and restaurants, while tram connections provide easy access to Kamppi, Ruoholahti, and central Helsinki.
