To all leases less than 6 months in length, a 13.5% VAT will be added to the monthly price. The monthly prices include water, electricity, internet, linens, and towels.

We are looking for tenant(s) for a flexible rental period, starting from one month. The apartment’s central location places the best restaurants and services just a stone's throw away. The Kamppi shopping mall with all of its services, and the Kamppi metro station are within a short walking distance from the apartment.
