To all leases less than 6 months in length, a 13.5% VAT will be added to the monthly price. The monthly prices include water, internet, linens, and towels. Electricity is charged separately based on consumption.

We are looking for tenant(s) for a flexible rental period ranging from one month to several years. Located in Kulosaari, a leafy and well-established seaside neighbourhood in Helsinki, this fully furnished and equipped spacious two-floor townhouse offers comfort, even for a larger family. Amenities include a double bed in the master bedroom, one single bed in each of the three additional bedrooms, a large living area and separate kitchen, smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, dishwasher, and washing machine, ensuring a comfortable stay for both shorter and longer periods. The townhouse also features a private sauna, a glazed terrace for year-round use, and views towards the sea, creating a calm and relaxing living environment.

In addition, the townhouse includes a private swimming pool, which can be taken into use for an additional monthly fee of 500€. Detailed instructions for the use of the pool will be provided if activated. The yard maintenance is shared and arranged jointly with the neighbours. One room is locked for storage purposes and not included in the tenant’s living area.

Kulosaari is known for its peaceful atmosphere, leafy streets, and strong seaside character, while still offering great connections to the city. In addition, Kulosaari is also home to several embassies. The Kulosaari metro station is within easy reach, providing convenient access to the Helsinki city centre. Kulosaaren yhteiskoulu is located nearby, making the area well suited for families. The area offers scenic waterfront paths, making it ideal for outdoor activities and relaxed walks by the sea.
