We are looking for a new tenant to this recently renovated furnished and bright loft apartment in Etu-Töölö Hesperia Park. The apartment is located in the famous Lars Sonck’s block, which is an architectural masterpiece people wander to see. The tram and bus lines of Runeberginkatu go basically in front of the apartment. Within a walking distance or a few stops are both the Hietaranta Beach, Töölön tori and Kamppi with all of their services.

The apartment is equipped with an air-conditioning, double bed, 2x double sofa beds, walk-in wardrobe, work-station, as well as a dishwasher and washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen.

Töölö is both an idyllic, peaceful, and distinguished neighborhood with great tram and bus connections. The western part of the Töölö is also worth of visiting, as the coastline all the way from Hietaniemi to Meilahti is filled with small and idyllic cafes and restaurants. Töölö is also known for its iconic landmarks, for example, Temppeliaukio Church, Opera house, and Finlandia Hall.
