The monthly rent includes water, electricity, wifi, and hotel grade linens and towels. To all contract less than 6 months in length a 14% VAT will be added on top.

The building has an elevator.

Kalasatama is a young and trendy neighbourhood by the shore with good public transportation connections to both Pasila, Eastern-Helsinki as well as to the city center. The apartment building has lobby service and is attached to the Redi shopping mall with direct elevator access to both the shopping mall and the Kalasatama metro station.
