The monthly rent includes water, electricity, wifi, and hotel grade linens and towels. To all contract less than 6 months in length a 14% VAT will be added on top.

Amenities include a 180cm bed, large sofa, smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, dishwasher, and washing machine, ensuring a comfortable stay for both shorter and longer periods. The building has an elevator.

The Redi shopping mall, Kalasatama metro station and other services are all within walking distance of the apartment. The apartment is located above Redi and the metro.
