To every rental less than 6 months in length a 10% VAT will be added on top of the monthly price. The monthly prices include water, internet, linens, and towels.

We are looking for a new tenant into WeHost Karibianranta for flexible stay ranging from 1 week to 24 months. The apartment is a modern, clean and furnished studio apartment located in Jätkäsaari, Helsinki. The apartment includes wifi, sofa chair, television, a bed, linens and towels, kitchen table and kitchenware. Water and electricity are included. Parking spot is 100 €/month from the parking hall next building.

Jätkäsaari is both urban and communal neighbourhood only less than two kilometres away from the central Helsinki with both tram and bus connections. From the area, you can find various cafes, restaurants, grocery stores and all kind of sports activities. The neighbourhood is perfect for a longer stay.

WeHost is a Finnish full-service company currently offering over 100 furnished apartments for rent in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area, to both corporate clients and consumers. Our team of three entrepreneurs and 15 housekeepers and maintenance staff make sure that you will enjoy your stay from the beginning to the end.
