Monthly price includes water, electricity, and fast wifi as well as hotel grade linens and towels per person. To every rental less than 6 months in length a 14% VAT will be added on top of the monthly price.

Smart tv, washing machine, free fast wifi, working station, and sauna will guarantee a comfortable stay for longer or shorter periods of time.

Smoking in the apartment and on the balcony is absolutely forbidden.
