To all leases less than 6 months in length, a 14% VAT will be added to the monthly price. The monthly prices include water, electricity, internet, linens, and towels.

We are looking for new tenant(s) to this bright and fully furnished and equipped studio apartment right next to the Hakaniemi metrostation, Helsinki Kallio. The apartment has two double beds but if you only need one, let us know and we can make changes to furnishing free of charge and for example change the bed for a work desk. Fast wifi, double-beds, TV, dishwasher, and washing machine will guarantee a comfortable stay for shorter and longer time periods.

The tenant gets to take advantage of the plentiful services of Kallio and Hakaniemi such as Hakaniemi Market Hall, Kulttuurisauna Public Sauna, the seafront, and park areas as well as excellent public transport connections. There is a crossroads of metro, various tram and bus lines on Hämeentie.
