We are looking for tenant(s) for a flexible rental period, starting from one month. This fully furnished and equipped 1-bedroom apartment with an additional sleeping alcove is located in Kruununhaka, Helsinki. Amenities include a double bed in the master bedroom, a 140 cm wide bed in the alcove (living room), a large sofa and an armchair (instead of the sofa visible in the photos), smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, dishwasher, and washing machine, ensuring a comfortable stay for both shorter and longer periods.

Kruununhaka is both idyllic and peaceful seaside neighbourhood between Kallio and Kaisaniemi. Tervasaari Island in the Kruununhaka shoreside is a great place to read a book or have a walk in the nature. The nearest metro station is just a 5-10-minute walk away from the apartment.
