To every rental less than 6 months in length a 14% VAT will be added on top of the monthly price. The monthly prices include electricity, water, internet, linens, and towels.

A luxurious, newly-renovated and furnished 2BR penthouse with high ceilings, an extra bedroom on the loft, walk-in-closet, separate kitchen, sauna and a balcony is looking for a new tenant. The bathrooms and kitchen are being renovated and they will be finished until the end of September 2025. The loft has a double bed so it can be used as a third bedroom.

The photos were taken at a time of roof construction so there is scaffolding in the balcony photo. The renovation will be finished by the end of September 2025 and the balcony view is a beautiful city view.

The apartment comes as fully equipped, from wine glasses to the dishwasher and washing machine – and if anything is missing we will bring it to you without a further a due.

Kruununhaka is both idyllic and peaceful seaside neighbourhood between Kallio and Kaisaniemi. Tervasaari Island in the Kruununhaka shoreside is a great place to read a book or have a walk in the nature. The nearest metro station is just a 5-10-minute walk away from the apartment.
