To all leases less than 6 months in length, a 13.5% VAT will be added to the monthly price. The monthly prices include water, internet, linens, and towels. Electricity is charged separately based on consumption.

We are looking for tenant(s) for a flexible rental period, starting from one month. This fully furnished and equipped 2-bedroom apartment is located in Jätkäsaari, Helsinki. Amenities include a double bed in the master bedroom, a single bed and a dedicated workstation in the second bedroom, a large sofa, smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, dishwasher, and washing machine, ensuring a comfortable stay for both shorter and longer periods. The apartment also features a private sauna in the bathroom and a glazed balcony with views towards the sea, adding extra comfort. The building has an elevator.

Jätkäsaari is both an urban and communal neighborhood near the Helsinki city center. The area is known for its contemporary architecture and waterfront promenades and offers an excellent combination of urban living, sea views, and convenient transport connections. From the area, you can find everyday services, cafés, and restaurants, while tram connections provide easy access to Kamppi, Ruoholahti, and central Helsinki.
