To all leases less than 6 months in length, a 13.5% VAT will be added to the monthly price. The monthly prices include water, internet, linens, and towels. Electricity is charged separately based on consumption.

We are looking for tenant(s) for a flexible rental period, starting from one month. This fully furnished and equipped 2-bedroom apartment with an additional room furnished with a sofa bed is located in the peaceful and pleasant Kuninkaantammi area in Helsinki. Amenities include a double bed in the main bedroom, a single bed and a dedicated workstation in the second bedroom, a sofa bed (140 cm) in the additional room, a large sofa, smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, dishwasher, and washing machine, ensuring a comfortable stay for both shorter and longer periods. In addition, the apartment features a glazed balcony and a private sauna in the bathroom, adding extra comfort. A parking space is available; please ask for details.

Kuninkaantammi is a modern and green residential neighbourhood in northwest Helsinki, surrounded by parks and green spaces. The building has its own gym.
