The monthly rent includes water, electricity, wifi, and hotel grade linens and towels. To all contract less than 6 months in length a 14% VAT will be added on top.

The building has an elevator. Restaurants and grocery stores are right next door and the tram and bus lines go basically in front of the apartment.

Töölö is both an idyllic, peaceful, and distinguished neighborhood with great tram and bus connections. The western part of the Töölö is also worth of visiting, as the coastline all the way from Hietaniemi to Meilahti is filled with small and idyllic cafes and restaurants. Töölö is also known for its iconic landmarks, for example, Temppeliaukio Church, Opera house, and Finlandia Hall.
