To all leases less than 6 months in length a 10% VAT will be added on top of the monthly rent. The monthly rent includes water, electricity, internet, and hotel grade linens and towels per person.

We are looking for tenant(s) to this beautifully designed, fully furnished and equipped 1-bedroom apartment in the heart of distinguished Kruununhaka neighbourhood located a 6-min bus ride or a 15-minute walk away from the Helsinki Centrum. Walking distance to the waterfront and the beautiful Tervasaari island enable winding down after the day.

Multiple windows facing to the calm inner yard, lots of natural light, a lots of wood and carefully considered décor combined with the practical design of 55” smart-tv put on a rotating stand to enable watching form the sofa, dining table, as well as the daybed. Fast wifi, workstation in the bedroom closable with a sliding door and blinds, gas cooker and gas oven, dishwasher and a washing machine, all the necessary kitchen appliances and kitchenware to ensure comfortable cooking and dining in.

Common sauna in the building, storage unit in the cellar. Room for bikes in the inner yard.

Kruununhaka is part of the distinguished old Helsinki. A peaceful residential area without huge pass-through traffic. A plentiful of high quality restaurants, cafes, bars, and grocery stores make it sufficient destination on its own. Walking distance to the waterfront and Helsinki Centrum. Good public transport connections all around the city.
