To all leases less than 6 months in length, a 13.5% VAT will be added to the monthly price. The monthly prices include water, electricity, internet, linens, and towels.

We are looking for tenant(s) for a flexible rental period to this fully furnished and equipped unique 2-bedroom apartment with a beautiful view towards the sea. The apartment is located in Vattuniemi, a peaceful and primarily residential area in Lauttasaari, Helsinki. Amenities include a double bed in the master bedroom, two single beds in the second bedroom, a spacious living area and kitchen, a sofa, smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, a dedicated workstation, dishwasher, and washing machine, ensuring a comfortable stay for both shorter and longer periods. The apartment also features a glazed balcony with stunning views, and the building provides access to a private pier, allowing residents to, for instance, enjoy swimming in the sea. This apartment measures 160m2 in total, with around 146m2 of living space available to the tenant(s).

Lauttasaari is known for its leafy surroundings and close proximity to the sea, and Vattuniemi in particular offers a calm living environment with scenic waterfront promenades - perfect for runs or relaxed strolls by the water. The area has several different parks (e.g. Särkiniemenpuisto). While the area feels tranquil and residential, local services, grocery stores and restaurants are within walking distance from the apartment and public transportation offers easy access to the Helsinki city centre.
