To all leases less than 6 months in length, a 10% VAT will be added to the monthly price. The monthly prices include water, electricity, internet, linens, and towels.

We are looking for tenants for a flexible time period ranging from a week to a year and over to this recently renovated and spacious fully furnished and equipped studio in the distinguished Kruununhaka seaside neighbourhood of Helsinki. Hardwood floors, 180cm wide bed, smart tv, fast wifi, dishwasher and washing machine will guarantee a comfortable stay for shorter and longer periods.

Kruununhaka is both idyllic and peaceful neighbourhood between Kallio and Kaisaniemi. The nearest metro station is just a 5-10-minute walk away from the apartment.
