To all leases less than 6 months in length a 14% VAT will be added to the monthly price. The monthly price includes water, electricity, internet, and hotel grade linens and towels.

We are looking for a new tenant to WeHost Pietarinkatu 13 for a flexible stay. The apartment is a modern and tidy furnished 2-bedroom apartment located in Ullanlinna, Helsinki. It is well-equipped with a large sofa, large kitchen island, work station, washing machine, dishwasher, as well as a high-quality 160cm bed and a 90cm bed. There is multiple cabinets for clothes in the apartment.

Ullanlinna is both a peaceful and idyllic neighborhood in southern Helsinki only a walking distance from the shore and a few tram or bus stops away from the central Helsinki. From the area, you can find various cozy cafes and restaurants as well as different stores.

Our office team, in-house housekeepers and maintenance staff will make sure that you will enjoy your stay from the beginning to the end.
