For all leases shorter than 6 months, a 14% VAT will be added to the monthly rate. The monthly rent includes internet, linens, and towels. Water 29€ per person, electricity is paid separately according to consumption.

We are looking for tenants for a flexible rental period for this fully furnished and equipped, luxurious beach-front two-bedroom townhouse with amazing sea views as well as your own yard and terrace by the beach, located in the peaceful Jollas neighborhood of Helsinki. You will have and access to the building's own beach pier, and you will have space for parking right in front of the house.

The home features two good-quality double beds, a remote-work-friendly workstation, a movable Smart TV (the TV holder can be moved around), a washer and a dryer, a dishwasher, an ample storage space with separate access from outside, and a generous private backyard. The living room carpet in the photos has been changed to a good--quality black-and-white carpet.

Jollas is a quiet and safe seaside neighborhood in eastern Helsinki known for its beautiful coastal scenery and abundant nature. It is a neighbordhood favored by families with children. It features walking paths, forests, and local birdlife, offering a relaxing atmosphere, just 20-30-minute drive away from the city center. Nearest grocery store is a 4-minute drive away.
