To all leases less than 6 months in length, a 13.5% VAT will be added to the monthly price. The monthly prices include water, electricity, internet, linens, and towels.

Please note that there is an ongoing facade renovation in the building, currently expected to continue until approximately the end of September 2026. Only the windows facing the inner courtyard will be covered, and some construction noise is expected during daytime, primarily on weekdays and occasionally on Saturdays. A temporary rent adjustment will be agreed for the duration of the renovation.

We are looking for tenant(s) for a flexible rental period ranging from one month to one year. This fully furnished and equipped spacious apartment offers comfort and luxury, even for a larger family. Located in Punavuori, Helsinki, this apartment is close to the city centre, Esplanadi park and St. John’s Church.

The Punavuori area combines charming architecture, trendy cafés, restaurants and boutiques, and easy access to the seaside. From the apartment, the waterfront and scenic seaside promenades are within walking distance, and the city centre is easily accessible on foot or by public transport connections.
