To all leases less than 6 months in length, a 10% VAT will be added to the monthly price. The monthly prices include water, electricity, internet, linens, and towels.

We are looking for a tenant(s) for a flexible time period into this fully furnished and equipped studio in lively Vallila neighbourhood. Fast wifi, fully equipped kitchen, microwave, a smart-tv, and nearby 24/7 grocery stores will guarantee a most convenient stay for shorter or longer periods. The building has a laundry room.

The sofa is extendable so you can also accommodate friends and relatives visiting.

The neighbourhood is known for lively culture, the best restaurants, cafes, bars, and nightlife as well as other services you might need.

Our team of three entrepreneurs and 15 housekeepers and maintenance staff make sure that you will enjoy your stay from the beginning to the end. We will take care of possible maintenance tasks or need to restock equipment of the apartment both without a further ado and free of charge.
