The apartment's building is undergoing an exterior renovation, and will be covered with scaffolding until the end of Autumn 2025, after which the rent will be €2000/month. A plumbing renovation is scheduled to take place either in March 2026 or later in the year.

To all leases less than 6 months in length, a 14% VAT will be added on top of the monthly price.

We are looking for a new tenant into WeHost Tarkk’ampujankatu 14 for a flexible stay. The apartment is a modern and tidy furnished 2-bedroom apartment located in Ullanlinna, Helsinki. It is well-equipped with a large sofa and a smart-tv, washing machine as well as a king-size bed and two smaller quality beds. There is a large walk-in-closet in the apartment but it is not in the photos.

Ullanlinna is both a peaceful and idyllic neighborhood in southern Helsinki only a walking distance from the shore and a few tram or bus stops away from the central Helsinki. From the area, you can find various cosy cafes and restaurants as well as different stores.
