To all leases less than 6 months in length, a 13.5% VAT will be added to the monthly price. The monthly prices include water, internet, linens, and towels.

We are looking for tenant(s) for a flexible rental period ranging from one month to multiple years. This fully furnished and equipped 1-bedroom apartment is located in one of the most prestigious neighbourhoods in Helsinki, Ullanlinna. In addition to the main bedroom, there is a small adjoining room with a bunk bed, that can be used as a sleeping place for children (sleeps two). Amenities include a double bed, a bunk bed, a large sofa, smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, dishwasher and washing machine, ensuring a comfortable stay for both shorter and longer periods. In addition, the apartment features a small balcony. The building has an elevator.

Ullanlinna is both a peaceful and idyllic neighborhood in southern Helsinki. From the apartment, the waterfront and scenic seaside promenades are withing walking distance, and the city centre is easily accessible on foot or by public transport connections. From the area, you can find various cozy cafes and restaurants as well as different stores.
