The apartment is located just next to the shoreline and it comes with a small own yard as well as a private entrance. Fast internet access and remote workstation as well as a dishwasher and washing machine enable a comfortable living for both longer and shorter periods of time. The apartment has a small workstation (possibility to get a larger table from the storage unit of the apartment), Smart-tv, as well as all the basic supplies for cooking and eating. Please note that the bedroom does not have an own window, but the daylight will come through the window in the door.
