The monthly rent includes water, electricity, internet, linens and towels. To every rental less than 6 months in length a 14% VAT will be added on top of the monthly price.

Fast wifi, workstation in the bedroom closable with a sliding door and blinds, gas cooker and gas oven, dishwasher and a washing machine, all the necessary kitchen appliances and kitchenware to ensure comfortable cooking and dining in.
