To all leases less than 6 months in length, a 13.5% VAT will be added to the monthly price. The monthly prices include water, electricity, internet, linens, and towels.

We are looking for tenant(s) for a flexible rental period ranging from a month to multiple years. This fully furnished and equipped top-floor 1-bedroom apartment is located in one of the most central neighbourhoods in Helsinki. Amenities include a double bed (140 cm), a large sofa, dedicated workstation, smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, dishwasher and washing machine, ensuring a comfortable stay for both shorter and longer periods. The building has an elevator.

The apartment’s central location places the best restaurants and services just a stone's throw away. The Kamppi shopping mall with all of its services, and the Kamppi metro station are within a short walking distance from the apartment.
