Monthly rent includes water, electricity, internet, and hotel grade linens and towels. To all contract less than 6 months in length, a 14% VAT will be added to the monthly price.

Amenities include a 160cm bed, large sofa, smart TV, dedicated workstation, fast Wi-Fi, dishwasher, and washing machine, ensuring a comfortable stay for both shorter and longer periods. The apartment also features a French balcony. The building offers residents access to a shared gym, rooftop terrace, and sauna. The building has an elevator. 

The Redi shopping mall, metro station and other services are all within walking distance of the apartment. The apartment has indoor access to Redi and the metro.
