To all leases less than 6 months in length, a 10% VAT will be added to the monthly price. The monthly prices include water, electricity, internet, linens, and towels.

We are looking for new tenant(s) to this very well located spacious and fully furnished and equipped studio apartment right above the Sörnäinen metrostation, Helsinki Kallio. Within the same block you will also find a 24/7 grocery store and on top of the metro, also the trams and buses stop right in front of the apartment. Fast wifi, double-bed, dishwasher, and washing machine will guarantee a comfortable stay for shorter and longer time periods.

Sörnäinen metro station and all the Kurvi tram and bus connections right in front of your doorstep. Walking distance (or one stop with a metro) you will also find the Shopping Mall Redi. Pasila, Vallila, Kalasatama and Helsinki Centrum in the near proximity or well connected via public transport.
