The monthly rent includes water, electricity, wifi, and hotel grade linens and towels. To all contract less than 6 months in length a 14% VAT will be added on top.

We are looking for tenants for a flexible length of stay to this superb location studio fully equipped and furnished according to the photos from Helsinki Punavuori. The kitchen and the VC is recently renovated. The contract will be made either fixed term or indefinite.

The best restaurants and services in general open up from the front door. Good connections to the city center via tram number 1, 3, and 6, which will all stop a few blocks from the apartment. Ullanlinna, Eiranranta, and Kaivopuisto with outdoor possibilities within a walking distance.
