To all leases less than 6 months in length, a 13,5% VAT will be added to the monthly price. The monthly prices include water, electricity, internet, linens, and towels.

We are looking for tenant(s) for a flexible rental period ranging from a month to multiple years. This fully furnished and equipped spacious 1-bedroom apartment is located in Kallio, Helsinki. Amenities include a double bed, a large sofa, dedicated work station, smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, dishwasher and washing machine, ensuring a comfortable stay for both shorter and longer periods.
