To every rental less than 6 months in length a 13,5% VAT will be added on top of the monthly price. Monthly price includes water, fast Wi-Fi and hotel grade linens and towels per person.

We are looking for a new tenant for a flexible stay in this bright and furnished 2-bedroom apartment in the middle of the trendy Kalasatama neighbourhood in Helsinki. The apartment is well-suited for both larger families and remote working. The second bedroom’s workstation transforms this bedroom into a workroom if needed. The fully opening glass wall in the master bedroom brings the balcony to the bed. Parking spot downstairs garage for 90€ a month.

Kalasatama is located by the seafront and offers a lot of different restaurants and cafes for the locals. Both the Mustikkamaa outdoor area as well as the trendy neighbourhood of Kallio is also located within a walking distance, from which you can find plenty of more small stores, cafes, bars and restaurants. Within a walking distance from the apartment is also a metro station as well as the new shopping mall Redi with all of its services.
