To every rental less than 6 months in length a 10% VAT will be added on top of the monthly price. The monthly prices include electricity, water, internet, linens, and towels.

A large and furnished 1BR apartment with an alcove, large living room, separate kitchen and a balcony is looking for a new tenant for a flexible period in Kristianinkatu, Kruununhaka. The alcove has a double bed and curtains so it can be used as an extra bedroom.

The apartment comes as fully equipped, from wine glasses to the dishwasher and washing machine – and if anything is missing we will bring it to you without a further a due nor any extra cost.

Kruununhaka is both idyllic and peaceful seaside neighbourhood between Kallio and Kaisaniemi. Tervasaari Island in the Kruununhaka shoreside is a great place to read a book or have a walk in the nature. The nearest metro station is just a 5-10-minute walk away from the apartment.
