To every rental less than 6 months in length a 14% VAT will be added on top of the monthly price. The monthly prices include electricity, water, internet, linens, and towels.

Kruununhaka is both idyllic and peaceful seaside neighbourhood between Kallio and Kaisaniemi. Tervasaari Island in the Kruununhaka shoreside is a great place to read a book or have a walk in the nature. The nearest metro station is just a 10-minute walk away from the apartment.
