Monthly rent includes water, internet, and hotel grade linens and towels. To all contract less than 6 months in length, a 10% VAT will be added to the monthly price. Electricity will be charged separately according to usage.

The seaview, sauna, own balcony as well as own parking spot under the building will guarantee a convenient stay also for longer term. Own dishwasher and washing machine inside apartment. A fee of the parking spot 80€ a month.

Verkkosaari is a new and prestigious seaside neighbourhood just next to the Kalasatama. The closest grocery store is only 600m walking distance, there’s also an Italian restaurant in 200m and Thai restaurant in 250m. The apartment is in the shore, you can smell the sea already from your balcony.
