Monthly rent includes water, electricity and wifi. To contract less than 6 months in length, a 10% VAT will be added on top.

We are looking for new tenants for a flexible period of time for at least 1-month tenancies for this fully furnished and equipped 2-bedroom apartment which comes with its own parking spot. Herttoniemi is only a 5min bus journey and the centrum 25min commute away. The apartment is located in Laajasalo, Helsinki.

The Shopping Mall Saari is located 500m away by foot.

Laajasalo is a peaceful and green seaside neighbourhood in Eastern Helsinki.

WeHost is a Finnish full-service company currently offering around 100 furnished apartments for rent in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area, to both corporate clients and consumers. Our team of three entrepreneurs and 15 housekeepers and maintenance staff make sure that you will enjoy your stay from the beginning to the end. We will take care of possible maintenance tasks or need to restock equipment of the apartment both without a further ado and free of charge.
