Monthly rent includes water, electricity, internet, and hotel grade linens and towels. To all contract less than 6 months in length, a 10% VAT will be added to the monthly price.

The north-end of Katajanokka, where also the apartment is located, is a park-like area with views to the Tervasaari island and to the sea.
