The monthly rent includes water, electricity, wifi, and hotel grade linens and towels. To all contract less than 6 months in length a 14% VAT will be added on top.

We are looking for tenants for a flexible length of stay to this 10. floor 1-bedroom fully equipped and furnished apartment with balcony, beautiful city views, and walk-in-closet. The apartment has a smart TV, work station, fast wifi, washing machine and dishwasher. There is an extra bed in the living room for potential guests and accommodation needs.
