The monthly rent includes water, electricity, wifi, and hotel grade linens and towels. To all contract less than 6 months in length a 13,5% VAT will be added on top.


We are looking for tenants for a flexible length of stay to this 10. floor 1-bedroom fully equipped and furnished apartment with balcony, beautiful city views, and walk-in-closet. The apartment has a smart TV, work station, fast wifi, washing machine and dishwasher. There is an extra bed in the living room for potential guests and accommodation needs. The apartment is in great condition, except for one of the four burners on the stove has burnt-on dirt on it which we have not been able to remove.
