The monthly rent includes water, electricity, internet, linens and towels. To every rental less than 6 months in length a 14% VAT will be added on top of the monthly price.

Bright furnished 2BR with an open-concept kitchen and a balcony is looking for a new tenant for a flexible period in Maneesikatu, Kruununhaka. The apartment comes as fully equipped, from wine glasses to the dishwasher and washing machine – and if anything is missing we will bring it to you without a further a due nor any extra cost. The main bedroom has a 160cm bed and the smaller bedroom has a 120cm bed.

Kruununhaka is both idyllic and peaceful seaside neighbourhood between Kallio and Kaisaniemi. Tervasaari Island in the Kruununhaka shoreside is a great place to read a book or have a walk in the nature. The nearest metro station is just a 5-10-minute walk away from the apartment.
