To all leases less than 6 months in length, a 13.5% VAT will be added to the monthly price. The monthly prices include water, internet, linens, and towels. Electricity is charged separately based on consumption.

We are looking for tenant(s) for a flexible rental period ranging from a month to multiple years. This fully furnished and equipped, unique two-storey and 2-bedroom apartment is located in Kalasatama, Helsinki. Amenities include a double bed in each bedroom, a large sofa, smart TV, a dedicated workstation, fast Wi-Fi, dishwasher, and washing machine, ensuring a comfortable stay for both shorter and longer periods. The apartment also features stunning views from the windows, a private sauna in the bathroom and a glazed balcony, adding extra comfort. The building has an elevator.

Kalasatama is a modern and trendy waterfront neighbourhood with good public transportation connections to Pasila, eastern Helsinki, and to the city centre. The Redi shopping centre, offering a wide range of shops, restaurants, and everyday services, as well as the Kalasatama metro station, are withing walking distance of the apartment.
