To all leases less than 6 months in length, a 13.5% VAT will be added to the monthly price. The monthly prices include water, internet, linens, and towels. Electricity is charged separately based on consumption.

We are looking for tenant(s) for a flexible rental period ranging from one month to several years. The apartment is located in Kaivopuisto, one of the most prestigious and well-established seaside neighbourhoods in Helsinki. This fully furnished and equipped unique apartment offers comfort, even for a larger family, and is filled with natural light. Amenities include a double bed in the master bedroom, two single beds in the second bedroom and one single bed in the third bedroom, a large living area and a separate kitchen, smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, ensuring a comfortable stay for both shorter and longer periods. The apartment also features a private sauna, two balconies, and views towards Saint Henry’s Cathedral and the Marble Palace (Marmoripalatsi), a distinctive architectural landmark in Helsinki.

Kaivopuisto is known for its peaceful atmosphere, lush green surroundings, and strong seaside character, while still offering great connections to the city center. In addition, Kaivopuisto is also home to several embassies. The area offers scenic waterfront paths, making it ideal for outdoor activities and relaxed walks by the sea. The nearby Kaivopuisto park is a popular spot, with open green spaces, the Ursa Observatory, and views over the Helsinki archipelago.
