Monthly rent includes water, electricity, internet, and hotel grade linens and towels. To all contract less than 6 months in length, a 14% VAT will be added to the monthly price.

The apartment also features a balcony in the second bedroom and a stunning seaside view from the master bedroom.

From this apartment, you can reach the seaside in just a couple of minutes. The Lauttis shopping centre, Lauttasaari metro station, and other essential services are within walking distance — and thanks to the apartment’s location near the Lauttasaari bridge, there are excellent and fast connections to the Helsinki city centre, whether by metro or by bus.
