To all leases less than 6 months in length, a 14% VAT will be added to the monthly price. The monthly prices include water, electricity, internet, linens, and towels.

We are looking for tenant(s) for a flexible rental period ranging from a month to multiple years. This fully furnished and equipped 1-bedroom apartment is located in one of the most prestigious neighbourhoods in Helsinki, Ullanlinna. Amenities include a double bed, a sofa, smart TV, dedicated workstation, fast Wi-Fi, dishwasher, and washing machine, ensuring a comfortable stay for both shorter and longer periods.

Ullanlinna is both peaceful and idyllic neighbourhood in the seaside of southern Helsinki, only a walking distance from the shore and a few tram or bus stops away from the central Helsinki. Ullanlinna is filled with restaurants, cafes, parks and art nouveau architecture.

Our office team, in-house housekeepers and maintenance staff will make sure that you will enjoy your stay from the beginning to the end. We will take care of possible maintenance tasks or need to restock equipment of the apartment both without a further ado and free of charge.
