To all leases less than 6 months in length, a 14% VAT will be added to the monthly price. The monthly prices include water, electricity, internet, linens, and towels.

We are looking for tenant(s) for a flexible rental period ranging from a month to multiple years. This fully furnished and equipped 1-bedroom apartment is located in one of the most prestigious neighbourhoods in Helsinki, Ullanlinna. Amenities include a double bed, a sofa, smart TV, dedicated workstation, fast Wi-Fi, dishwasher, and washing machine, ensuring a comfortable stay for both shorter and longer periods. In addition, the apartment has a separate walk-in closet, adding extra living comfort.

Ullanlinna is a peaceful and idyllic seaside neighbourhood in southern Helsinki, just a short walk from the shore and only a few tram or bus stops away from the city centre. Kaivopuisto park and the scenic waterfront promenades are within walking distance – perfect for runs or relaxed strolls by the sea. The area is full of restaurants, cozy cafes, green parks and elegant art nouveau architecture.
