To all leases less than 6 months in length, a 13.5% VAT will be added to the monthly price. The monthly prices include water, internet, linens, and towels. Electricity is charged separately based on consumption.

We are looking for tenant(s) for a flexible rental period, starting from one month. This fully furnished and equipped unique 2-bedroom top-floor apartment is located in Kruununhaka, Helsinki. Amenities include a double bed in the master bedroom, a single bed and a dedicated workstation in the second bedroom, a large sofa area, smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, dishwasher, and washing machine, ensuring a comfortable stay for both shorter and longer periods. The apartment features two terrace-style balconies, a private sauna in the bathroom, and air conditioning, creating a rare combination of urban living and convenience. In addition, the building has an elevator with direct access to the apartment.

Please note that the gas grill shown on the balcony is not included in the rental and is not available for tenants use.

Kruununhaka is both idyllic and peaceful seaside neighbourhood between Kallio and Kaisaniemi. Tervasaari Island in the Kruununhaka shoreside is a great place to read a book or have a walk in the nature. The nearest metro station is just a short walk away from the apartment.
