To all leases less than 6 months in length, a 10% VAT will be added to the monthly price. The monthly prices include water, internet, linens, and towels.

We are looking for tenants for a flexible period to this 4-bedroom fully furnished and equipped detached house near Airport in Ilola, Vantaa. The spacious layout in two floors enables a comfortable accommodation even for the longer term for a larger family or a small team.

The apartment comes with three remote-work friendly workstations as well as a lot of storage place, large yard and a carport. You can relax in own sauna and get some fresh air in the own backyard.

Within a close proximity you can find Kaunnissaari restaurant, grocery store Alepa, hamburger joint Hesburger, a gas station ABC. Airport is located 8km (11min with a car), Tikkurila 7km (12min), Kilpilahti 40km (30min) and Helsinki Centrum 25km (40min) away.
