To all leases less than 6 months in length, a 14% VAT will be added to the monthly price. The monthly prices include internet, linens, and towels. Water and electricity will be billed based on actual consumption.

We are looking for tenant(s) for a flexible rental period to this fully furnished and equipped unique two-story apartment with a sauna. Amenities include a double bed, a sofa, smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, dedicated workstation, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, ensuring a comfortable stay for both shorter and longer periods. The two-floor design gives the apartment a distinctive feel - with the bedroom on its own level, apart from the living areas.

The apartment is right in the heart of Helsinki’s vibrant downtown and in one of the most desirable locations in Helsinki. Everything from museums, theatres and dining to everyday services is walkable - and you are well connected by tram, bus and metro to the rest of Helsinki.
