To all leases less than 6 months in length, a 10% VAT will be added to the monthly price. The monthly prices include electricity, water, internet, linens, and towels.

We are looking for a new tenant into WeHost Jääkärinkatu 4 for flexible stay ranging from 2 week to years. The apartment is a modern and tidy furnished two-room apartment with a sauna in one of the most prestigious neighbourhoods in Helsinki, Ullanlinna.

The apartment has a modern interior and luxurious features like your own private sauna, a walk-in closet and a marble kitchen with a wine fridge. In addition, the apartment comes with a smart-tv, dishwasher, a washing machine and a dryer.

Ullanlinna is both peaceful and idyllic neighbourhood in the prestigious seaside of southern Helsinki only a walking distance from the shore and a few tram or bus stops away from the central Helsinki. Ullanlinna is filled with restaurants, cafes, parks and art nouveau architecture. Places such as the seaside promenade, the famous Kaivopuisto Park as well as the city centre are just 10-15 minutes away on foot from the apartment.
